How to get fit and stay fit!

Hey guys I'm new too this so stick with me! I have been into fitness for many years. I started about my sophomore year of high school and have had my share of slip ups. I workout about for about a year strait and then took a BIG break that i prob shouldn't have and stuck with it until about 6 months ago. I have since lost ALLOT of my muscle size and strength and even muscle tone. I am now doing the Insanity workout program and i am on day 3. I have already used the Beach body product P90X and i plan to get ripped up and in shape with Insanity and then switch over to P90X again with weights and gain my size back while staying cut.
